Personality Types Workshop
For each group purchasing annual subscriptions, we include our workshop on personality types. The personality type descriptions provided on the web site are used as the foundation for this workshop.
The workshop explores the basic principles of personality types including the primary characteristics that a person will exhibit at work when faced with various situations as well as how different personality types interact with each other.
Knowledge gained at this workshop equips you to understand and appreciate how a change initiative is perceived by a team member and how you and the team can connect with them more effectively throughout the journey of change that they are experiencing.
The you-curve Workshop
This workshop builds on the knowledge gained in the “Personality Types” workshop.
We explore the six stages in the you-curve change cycle – Initial Optimism, Jumping In, The Long Slide, Rock Bottom, The Climb Up and finally, Success.
Each stage of the change journey is explored from the perspective of the People in the Organization, Project Sponsor and the Team Member in the context of what each feels, sees and hears/says.
We combine the knowledge of personality types with the stages of the you-curve. The application provides a powerful image to help you visualize where your team is in a very tangible way and anticipate some of the challenges that you are likely to encounter.
You can explore scenarios with personality types and their relative positions on the curve to find the combination that best describes your situation.
You will emerge from the workshop with a strong capability to coach others through the necessary choices to help move them through the change journey more efficiently. You will have a better chance of avoiding pitfalls that typically undermine the pace and effectiveness of change introduced into your organization.
